As you well know, covering key learning areas and finding interesting content for your science curriculum can be difficult. Thankfully, All About Eggs helps you by providing an interactive incursion designed by teachers, for teachers, whereby we come into your school and do all the work, so you don’t have to.
Taking the load off your shoulders
Each year level will have its own key stage content delivered over two sessions. The first is an interactive information session while the second takes a hands-on approach with cooking demonstrations, scientific experiments, watching chicks hatching, playing games and enjoying arts and crafts based around eggs. All things the students will enjoy.
All content has been devised in line with the NSW Board of Studies syllabus and is delivered through five core agricultural themes:
- Source
- Producers
- Products
- Consumers
- Environment
A program open to all
“All About Eggs” will be available to all Sydney metropolitan schools. Costs are $5.00 per student (including GST) which covers downloadable curriculum linked resources and a copy of the beautifully presented “Story of Eggs” book. To view samples of the curriculum click here.
