White Chocolate & Pistachio Blondies by Hoda Alzubaidi

Do you like Pistachios? White chocolate pistachio gooey blondies…
I promise you have not have blondies like these before. You will not regret making this! So gooey and mourish and taste unlike anything you've had before!
Ingredients
- 1 cup self raising flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 cup shelled pistachios, blended into a flour
- 1/3 cup white sugar
- 1 cup oil
- 1/2 cup water
- 2 eggs
- 1 tablespoon pistachio paste
- 1/2 cup white chocolate chips
Method
- Mix all the dry ingredients in a bowl. Add the rest of the ingredients and mixt together. Fold in choc chips.
- Pour batter into a 20x20 baking tin and bake at 180C for 20 minutes
- Drizzle with white chocolate and pistachio butter. YUM!
